Return Process

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
